As a District Manager with Diversey, a Solenis company, you will have the opportunity to build and maintain effective long‑term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key senior‑level decision makers and influencers at an assigned group of customer accounts. These accounts may include major strategic customers within a geographic or industry focus. You will identify, develop and close new sales opportunities, as well as creating demand for the organization’s products and services by raising the Diversey profile with our customers. You will achieve revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account and may conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer’s senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization’s product and service strategies. What You’ll Do

Implement Regional Strategy by driving sales within the assigned District. Manage relationships and administrative tasks for WareWash and Laundry distributors. Influence market coordination by aligning activities with distributors and sector teams. Oversee sales funnel and OnDemand system. Work with Regional Directors to manage territory sales budgets, and ensure financial goals for the territory are met. Support plan execution by coordinating with our global and national account teams as needed. Develop and implement plans to improve margins in the territory. Contribute to the innovation development funnel. Lead the forecasting process for distributors and accounts, updating demand planning. Train and engage direct team members, make joint calls, and ensure program compliance. Assist with national program rollouts and launch of new products and promotions to distributors, accounts, and direct team. Conduct sales calls with end users, in coordination with sector teams. Lead business review processes for distributors and key customers. What You’ll Bring

Business acumen, with an ability to focus on the needs of the customer, negotiation skills. An ability to plan and influence your teams with excellence. A bachelor's degree is preferred. B2B sales experience and distribution expertise are preferred. Technical support skills for Ware Washing and Laundry systems. Floor care experience. The expected compensation range for this position is between $75,220.00 and 100,290.00 plus discretionary bonuses.
