Job Description: In this Intermediate Accountant role duties will include the following: Post and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

Manage accounts receivable (AR), including monitoring overdue accounts and following up on collections.

Handle accounts payable (AP), including posting payables and ensuring accurate and timely vendor payments.

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and account reconciliations.

Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities. TMGCT

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a similar role.

Proficiency with Net Suite
