Vice President – Financial Modeling

to join our growing Infrastructure, Renewables and Energy Transition Financial Advisory Practice with a focus on leading financial modeling for mid-market infrastructure investors. Create greenfield models and operate deal financial models for M&A transactions. Ensure models are accurate, robust, and tailored to the specific needs of each transaction. Use excel-based formulaic review software to identify structural and formula risks in sell-side M&A transaction models. Perform valuation analyses using various methodologies, including cash flow, precedent transactions, and comparable company analysis. Prepare detailed reports and presentations that effectively communicate financial model findings, transaction insights, and strategic recommendations to clients and stakeholders Collaborate with clients to understand their transaction objectives, provide expert guidance on financial modeling. Continuously enhance modeling techniques and methodologies to improve accuracy and relevance. Work closely with other team members, such as legal and tax, to ensure alignment and integration of financial models with broader transaction processes and strategies. Conduct rigorous reviews and validations of financial models to ensure they meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations. Qualifications:
