Senior Consultant, Automation & Analytics

The Operations, Transformation and Automation is building and supporting instrumentation, analytics, automation, reporting and capacity management capabilities.

The Senior Consultant, Automation & Analytics is responsible for developing solutions leveraging self-serve tools such as *Alteryx*, *Azure DevOps & Tableau* to address business problems. The incumbent will assist in the resolution of routine and non-routine operational problems or issues by investigating, analyzing and providing an informed and independent opinion or recommendation on compliance issues, changes to policies, adequacy of operational controls, risk assessment, and control activities.**Strategic Development & Execution:**Perform and coordinate complex solution design activities. Understand the business requirements and translate them into system and application design that is aligned with our technology roadmap. Design and document the technical functionality, infrastructure, interfaces and integrations. Lead the design of cost-effective and innovative solutions to meet both business objectives and the goal of operational efficiency. **Stakeholder Management:**Act as the solution lead and interface with the project teams by driving and moderating design review sessions to walk stakeholders through and ensure that the overall design aligns with business requirements as well as architectural directions.
