Overview

We are looking for a Friday nanny to provide full-day coverage for two children in Vernon, BC. The position runs from 7:30am to 4:30pm on Fridays. Responsibilities

Provide Friday coverage 7:30am–4:30pm. Care for the children with hands-on play, singing, reading and outdoor activities. Drop-offs and pickups as needed; car seats are provided, but you’ll need your own car for transportation. Administer: Violet’s noon dose of daily epilepsy medication as prescribed (we will pre-draw it). About the family

We are Megan and Geoff with two girls. I am a social worker at a hospital (mon–fri); my husband works weekends with 12-hour shifts, hence the need for Friday coverage. Violet has epilepsy and has been seizure-free since Aug 2024. The nanny may be asked to administer the noon dose as part of daily care. Qualifications

Experience caring for young children; patient, energetic, and able to engage in hands-on activities. Must have reliable transportation and be comfortable with drop-offs and pickups; owning a car is required.
