Job Responsibilities
Define, develop, and optimize wafer‑level final test processes for filter products.
Support high‑volume manufacturing by ensuring robust and scalable test processes.
Implement advanced test methodologies to improve accuracy, throughput, and yield.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for yield and reliability issues.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data‑driven analysis.
Monitor process performance metrics and drive corrective actions to meet production targets.
Partner with global teams to transfer and sustain processes across multiple sites.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and industry best practices.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor process/test engineering, with a focus on wafer‑level testing.
Strong expertise in RF filter technologies (BAW & SAW).
Hands‑on experience with automated test equipment (ATE), probe cards, and wafer‑level test platforms.
Proven track record in yield improvement, statistical process control (SPC), and failure analysis.
Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
