We’re working with a fast-scaling SaaS company on a mission to transform how complex, field-based industries operate, using cutting‑edge AI, automation, and data‑driven insights to make work safer, faster, and more efficient.

They’re now looking for a

Forward Deployed Engineer

to join the team and act as the technical bridge between product, engineering, and customers.

You’ll work directly with enterprise clients to design, prototype, and deliver real‑world AI solutions that drive measurable impact.

Role As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll be embedded with customers, getting under the skin of their operations, understanding their data and challenges, and turning that into live, working technology.

This isn’t a “behind the scenes” engineering role; it’s about being in the field, building fast, and proving value.

You’ll spend time on customer sites across the US, developing integrations, AI workflows, and automation tools that combine your technical depth with a customer‑first mindset.

What You’ll Be Doing

Partner with enterprise customers to uncover operational pain points and design technical solutions that deliver ROI.

Prototype and deploy new AI‑driven workflows and intelligent automation tools.

Build and configure integrations across React/React Native + Python/Django (with support from the wider engineering team).

Work directly with stakeholders, from field engineers to C‑suite, to shape requirements and influence roadmap priorities.

Act as a technical owner on customer deployments, driving adoption, delivery, and measurable results.

Qualifications and Skills

Strong foundation as a software engineer (ideally full‑stack: React/React Native + Python/Django, or similar).

Experience in (or ready to step into) a customer‑facing technical role, e.g., Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, or Solution Architect.

Comfortable building, deploying, and iterating at speed in ambiguous environments.

Experience or curiosity in AI tools, LLMs, automation agents, or intelligent workflow systems.

Excellent communicator, able to turn complex tech into tangible business value.

Comfortable traveling; you’ll spend the first few weeks of each new deployment on‑site with customers across the US.
