Snr Network/IT Engineer / Asst Manager

Summary We are looking for an IT engineer to join the team in supporting Windows environment and network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Provide Network administration and setup, support and monitoring on Switches, Routers, Firewalls

Provide System Administration on Windows, Linux Servers inclusive of Virtualization technologies

Maintain Active Directory, LDAP, LAN and setup SDWAN, Storage and relevant server protocols

Maintain System Inventory and update documentation and technical report

Provide End User Support

Involve in BCM exercise

Any other task assigned by IT Manager

Requirements

Possess a Diploma or Degree in IT or equivalent

Sound technical knowledge in Cisco/Fortinet and Networking platforms

Sound technical knowledge in Wintel/Linux operating systems

Sound technical knowledge in resolving various computer hardware and configuration issues

Minimum 2 year working experience in the role

Able to work independently as well as in a team & ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment

Technical knowledge and experience in cloud technologies & multiple real time concurrent systems an additional advantage

Comfortable with being “on call” for any emergencies after work hours and on weekends

Resourceful and knowledgeable of IT is an added advantage
