What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Serve as a customer advocate and facilitate communication with project teams and stakeholders

Perform business process requirements analysis and documentation based on customer needs

Configure software using approved workflows and business rules

Assist with data mapping and validation in collaboration with data conversion specialists

Deliver training and support during customer testing and product implementation

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the CIS and/or Utility Industry

Strong understanding of Meter Reading Head-end Systems

Excellent customer service and communication skills, both oral and written

Proficiency in writing SQL queries and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Familiarity with S&S enQuesta, JIRA, Confluence, and Clarizen

Experience in project management or implementation roles within the utility sector

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent organizational skills
