Auth0 is an easy‑to‑implement, adaptable authentication and authorization platform. Responsibilities

Collaborate with design and product to build best‑in‑class UX and brand new UI experiences.

Develop features and APIs, evaluate new technologies, and improve overall practices.

Participate in and help improve the team’s agile process.

Help customers have an awesome experience with our products.

Serve as the last level of escalation for support tickets.

Participate in on‑call rotations to troubleshoot production issues.

Lead team discussions, mentor other engineers, and drive productivity.

Qualifications

5+ years of software development experience.

Experience building elegant user interfaces and accessible user experiences.

Proficiency with testing frameworks for unit, integration, and end‑to‑end testing.

Extensive work with HTML, CSS, React, TypeScript/JavaScript.

Hands‑on Node.js and RESTful APIs.

Led and delivered large‑scale, reliable, scalable, and secure features.

Strong ownership, accountability, attention to detail, and customer focus.

Bonus Points

Experience in identity and access management (IAM).

Understanding of application security and cloud security best practices.

Experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP infrastructure.

Contributions to open‑source software.

Salary (Canada): $130,000 – $194,000 CAD per year. Okta offers equity, bonus, and benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, RRSP match, telemedicine, and paid leave (PTO and parental leave).
