Who you are You are the right fit for the team if all of these points resonate with you:

You are a master at your onboarding bookkeeping craft, you have 2+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in onboarding new clients, amazing attention to detail, can work well under pressure, and can meet and sometimes exceed those tight deadlines

You love implementing and working with cloud-based accounting software such as QBO, Dext, Plooto, PayEdge, etc.

You love being part of a high-performance team and working closely with other accounting professionals and clients.

You work well within established processes and procedures, but are not afraid to speak up if something isn’t working.

Our starting wage for an onboarding bookkeeper is

$62,000.00

a year.

What the roles and responsibilities are Participate in the Diagnostic Process, including meeting with the client to gain a holistic understanding of current accounting-related processes and debriefing with the onboarding team on any special projects

Execute on the onboarding plan in conjunction with the onboarding accountant to meet the smooth sailing date

Accounts Payable- Processing vendor invoices and payments, updating and documenting processes, training the client and team members

Accounts Receivable- Updating and documenting processes, processing payments to keep files current, training the client and team members

Bank & Credit Card feed- Execute on the onboarding plan, including rolling out new processes and systems accordingly. Processing feeds to clear out old transactions, updating and documenting processes, training the client and team members

Creation of new process documentation for all aspects of the client file. Training the client and stakeholders on all new processes.
