Pursue your career within a management boutique where your main responsibilities will include:

Supporting our clients in developing their strategic plans

Conduct internal and external environment analyses to identify opportunities and threats for the organization, as well as its strengths and challenges

Lead strategic planning sessions with our clients to guide them in realizing their business ambitions, including purpose, vision, and business strategies

Prepare action plans that are pragmatic, clear, impactful, and persuasive

Supporting clients in the execution and monitoring of their strategic plan

Develop monitoring tools and recommend operational models that enable the organization to monitor plan execution and performance metrics effectively

Advise teams on the implementation of the strategic plan

Facilitate discussions with client teams to evaluate progress, reinforce accountability, and adjust action plans as needed to achieve better results

Proactively managing client relationships to build lasting connections and identify business opportunities.

Strategic interventions in diverse and complex contexts (company sizes, business sectors, and geographic regions)

Active contribution to business development

Prepare and validate service proposals for clients

Active presence in client and partner ecosystems

Team management and development of consultants on assignment

Managing project timelines and budgets, along with providing progress updates throughout the initiative

Contributing to the firm’s growth and profitability through participation in various working committees and special projects

Your profile You are unique and stand out for your:

Graduate degree in management, strategy, or any other field relevant to strategic thinking

At least 5 years of professional experience in strategic consulting

Experience in supporting medium-sized businesses, with an understanding of their unique challenges and needs

Experience in the distribution, manufacturing, and transportation sectors is an asset

Intrapreneurial spirit with a strong sense of initiative and responsibility

Strong analytical skills with the ability to challenge data and figures

Ability to conceptualize information with a strong aptitude for synthesis

Comfortable communicating in both French and English, orally and in writing, to deliver various deliverables for our clients in a bilingual business environment

Strong skills and confidence in facilitation and presentation

Commitment to client and team satisfaction, upheld through high-quality work, strong interpersonal skills, and diligent management of responsibilities

Strong work ethic and professionalism

Strong listening skills, curiosity, and a desire to learn

Excellent interpersonal skills, with ease in teamwork and a collaborative mindset
