Job Description
We are working on a confidential search for a Senior Manager, FP&A / Finance Business Partner to support the finance leadership team for the Americas region within a global, growth-oriented organisation.
This role is designed for a commercially minded FP&A leader who enjoys working close to operations, owns regional analysis, and is ready to step into broader leadership responsibility as the business scales.
The Role
Act as a key finance business partner to regional leadership, supporting performance against financial targets
Support quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting cycles for the Americas
Own financial analysis across a defined portfolio within the region
Partner with operations to challenge assumptions, validate inputs, and improve forecast accuracy
Prepare financial insight, commentary, and reporting for senior leadership
Support month-end performance reviews, working closely with management accounting
Take on increasing leadership responsibility as the regional finance function evolves
Key Responsibilities
Support regional forecasting, budgeting, and outlook processes
Review and challenge operational inputs to financial systems
Produce analysis and materials for leadership reviews
Performance & Month-End Support
Partner with operations and accounting to understand key drivers of performance
Support accruals and ensure accuracy of reported results
Deliver variance analysis and performance insight
Commercial & Project Finance
Provide financial oversight on project portfolios and selected accounts
Support new account mobilisation through pricing and cost analysis
Deep-dive into underperforming accounts to identify risks and mitigation actions
Track implementation costs versus budget and communicate to stakeholders
Ad Hoc & Strategic Support
Support regional finance leadership on ad hoc analysis and strategic initiatives
Candidate Profile
6+ yearsโ experience across FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering
Strong experience in forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis
Comfortable working in a matrixed, multi-stakeholder environment
Advanced Excel and strong financial modelling capability
Experience with modern finance systems and BI tools
Confident communicator, able to present insight to senior stakeholders
Detail-oriented, resilient, and comfortable managing competing priorities
