THE TEAM
The mission of the Planning Department is to build the corporate sales and inventory plan to entrepreneurially and methodically drive the business.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing and our Planning team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for developing sound product plans to maximize sales while minimizing risk. As the Senior Analyst/Analyst, Planning, you will support with reporting and analyzing to enable data-driven decision making within the Product Division. THE ROLE
As the Senior Analyst/Analyst, Planning, you will:
Leverage historical and forward-looking insights, combining internal and industry data, to deliver accurate seasonal and long-term sales targets.
Provide effective and efficient reports and tools to support & enable driving the business.
Ensure that we have the right raw materials, in the right quantity, at the right time to deliver on our finished goods plans and minimize surpluses.
Determine the optimal seasonal assortment based on quantitative and qualitative insights that maximizes our spaces.
Ensure optimal inventory levels by managing how & how much we buy.
Share internal and external product knowledge & insights to contextualize past business performance & identify future opportunities.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Senior Analyst/Analyst, Planning has:
Proven and best-in‑class skills, education, & a deep knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel)
A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
The ability to collaborate fluently with cross‑functional partners
A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $50,000 - $100,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. We are always looking for top talent. If your qualifications differ from those listed above, the scope of work and final agreed upon salary may be adjusted to reflect your individual qualifications.
