FONCTION GÉNÉRALE
Le Magasinier sera responsable de la réception des marchandises et consommables, de gérer l’inventaire et de faire les commandes pour le hub de Montréal. Il doit aussi soutenir les équipes de maintenance dans la gestion du site.
L’horaire de travail est du lundi au vendredi de jour.
PRINCIPALES TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS
Faire la réception, l’expédition et la manutention de marchandises et de consommables ;
Faire l’inventaire des consommables de production;
Faire des contrôles d’inventaire;
Faire des réquisitions pour approvisionner le service de maintenance, les consommables et contrôle des pièces;
Responsable des achats de matériaux/outils reliés à une maintenance efficace des bâtiments ;
Assister dans l’aménagement extérieur des bâtiments et effectuer les réaménagements saisonniers ;
Participer au nettoyage extérieur de base si nécessaire (déglaçage d’appoint, gestion des passages) ;
Soutenir l’équipe de maintenance dans l’entretien et la maintenance des bâtiments ;
Soutenir l’équipe de maintenance dans la gestion des sous-traitants et dans l’organisation de la gestion du site;
Déplacer les meubles et fournitures à l’interne selon le niveau de complexité ;
Veiller au respect des mesures de sécurité en vigueur dans l'établissement ;
Assurer toutes autres tâches connexes.
QUALIFICATIONS DE BASE
Détenir un diplôme d'études secondaires (D.E.S.)
Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience dans les inventaires et gestion de stocks
Connaissances d’utilisation de logicielle informatique de base
Initiative et débrouillardise ;
Bon sens de l’organisation et de l’analyse;
Autonome et pro-actif;
Habileté manuelle;
Capacité de lever des charges de 25 kg ;
Permis de conduire requis (classe 5)
