Dining Room Manager

Le Boisé Vanier, a friendly seniors' residence located along the St. Charles River, is looking for a full-time Dining Room Manager.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime hours, with one weekend on and one weekend off.

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Management

Ensure effective communication to your teams and to the residence in general

Ensure that services provided to residents and their loved ones are of a high quality

Provide a high level of customer service

Food Services

Bring plates to tables and provide personalized service

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure good teamwork

Greet residents in the dining room and ensure they are comfortable

Manage guests' reservations and ensure their comfort

Perform other related duties
