IT Support (2 yrs exp / Nitec / Up to $2700)

We are looking for Singaporean to join our client’s team through ES Recruitment as a Systems Administrator (ServiceNow - End User - Service Request Admin). This is a 1-year contract position.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of IT support experience, where exposure to a ServiceNow or Jira ticketing system considered an advantage.

For example, an EUC engineer who has utilized a ticketing system in their current or previous role would be a good fit. Experience with ServiceNow is highly preferred, though familiarity with other ticketing systems is also acceptable.

Work Location: Outram

Salary: $2300 - $2700

Up to 1 month performance bonus

Responsible for supporting operational systems satisfying contractual Service Level Agreement

Perform and manage routine preventive maintenance and operational activities

Provide project documentation and reports

Monitor and alert base on monitoring tools provided

Diagnose and rectify technical issue

Requirement:

Locals (Must cleared both project clearance and pre-employment check)

2 years of IT support experience in an End User Computing (EUC) environment.

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow / Jira is highly preferred, other ticketing systems is also acceptable

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and collaborate within a team.

Pro-active, dynamic and with good analytical/conceptual thinking

Need to serve 2 months notice if hired for this role

Key skills: Service request administration and end-user support.
