We are hiring a Growth & Customer Success Manager to join our in-office team in Oakville, ON. This is not a passive account management role. This is for someone who wants to own performance, influence strategy, and drive measurable impact for North American B2B clients.
The Role: Strategic Owner of Growth
You are the strategic lead and primary point of contact for your B2B client portfolio. You bridge vision and execution — aligning client business objectives with integrated digital growth strategies.
You will:
Own client relationships from onboarding through long-term growth
Build and refine integrated strategies across SEO, Paid Media (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), Content, Web, and Marketing Automation
Lead bi-weekly or monthly performance reviews grounded in data, insights, and ROI clarity
Translate analytics into executive-level conversations and strategic direction
