Richmond Hill Academy is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager (Administration, HR and Cover) to play a central role in the smooth and efficient running of our academy. This is a key position, responsible for driving high-quality administrative services, overseeing HR operations, and ensuring effective daily cover arrangements.
We are looking for an organised, proactive and solutions-focused professional who can lead a team, manage complex processes, and contribute to our commitment to delivering exceptional support for pupils, staff and visitors.
Key Requirements
A-Level or equivalent qualification (or willingness to work towards).
Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands and maintain high levels of accuracy.
Proven experience leading or coordinating a team within a busy office environment (education sector experience desirable).
Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with staff, parents, visitors and external partners.
A solid understanding of, or willingness to develop, HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll changes and absence management.
