Senior Territory Sales Manager

to drive growth across Quebec. This is a senior field based role responsible for managing a defined territory, leading key accounts, supporting distributor relationships, and mentoring Territory Sales Managers within the region. This individual will combine strategic thinking with strong execution. You will manage and grow existing business while proactively opening new key account doors. You will be expected to deliver consistent fiscal results and act as a subject matter expert within your territory. What You Will Own

Territory Leadership

Drive territory sales performance through disciplined call cycles and route planning using CRM Build and execute an annual strategic territory plan with clear KPIs and ROI accountability Execute consultative selling strategies aligned with Petcurean’s standards Mentor and support Territory Sales Managers in the region Proactively elevate market insights, risks, and opportunities to the Regional Sales Manager Key Account Management

Approximately 75 percent account management, 25 percent new business Account Growth

Develop and execute key account strategies Present long term sales plans and adapt activities to hit targets Partner cross functionally with Marketing, Nutrition, and Operations Analyze sales trends and identify growth opportunities Manage and resolve complex customer concerns New Business Development

Identify and qualify strategic new account opportunities Open new doors aligned with regional growth priorities Collaborate with leadership on expansion strategy Maintain regular face to face meetings with key distributor stakeholders Coordinate promotional activity and product launches Monitor inventory, pricing, and rotation Support Quebec specific needs including translations and events Assist in managing Business Development Fund investments What We Are Looking For

5 or more years of structured outside field sales experience Proven success managing and growing a defined territory Experience in consultative selling and strategic account planning Strong bilingual communication skills in French and English , written and verbal Experience presenting professional proposals to internal and external stakeholders Strong negotiation and new business development skills Ability to travel 40 to 50 percent with overnight stays Valid driver’s license and passport Dedicated home office space What Sets You Apart
