What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Act as a customer advocate and facilitate communication with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders

Conduct business process requirements analysis and documentation based on customer needs

Configure software using approved workflows and business rules

Provide training and support during customer testing and product implementation

Identify and mitigate issues that could negatively impact project success

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the CIS and/or Utility Industry

Strong understanding of Meter Reading Head-end Systems

Excellent customer service and communication skills, both oral and written

Proficiency in writing SQL queries and experience with debugging error logs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Familiarity with S&S enQuesta, JIRA, Confluence, and Clarizen

Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to make autonomous decisions quickly

Experience in conducting business process analysis sessions with customers
