Litigation Associate (1-3 Years of Call) Kastner Ko is a litigation boutique in downtown Toronto with a focus on employment law, labour law, human rights, public law, state accountability, professional discipline, and workplace investigations.

Position We are looking for a lawyer:

in their first three years of practice (called to the bar in 2024-2026)

with a demonstrated interest and ability in employment and labour law litigation

with experience in the firm’s other areas of practice

Compensation The starting salary range for this position is $118,000 – $132,765, commensurate with experience. Associate lawyers also receive comprehensive benefits, matching RRSP contributions, and are eligible for an annual bonus up to 15% of salary.
