Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect

We are currently looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect for a minimum 6 month contract (likely extension) to assist our client with their current CRM integration/implementation.

Experience

5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM integrations and implementations

Experience with CRM processes – Sales and Servicing

Exposure to Loans Origination & Underwriting Processes

Integration experience with platforms such as MuleSoft or Microsoft

Data architecture and AI experience (an asset)

Integration with communication systems – Telephony, IVR, Chat, SMS etc. (an asset)

CRM implementation experience in the banking/financial services sector esp. in B2C channels

Creating an architecture roadmap and an implementation plan that is aligned with the business priorities

Working with the Enterprise Architecture team to drive key decisions

Interacting with senior level executive leadership team (e.g. gathering information, presenting ideas and plans etc.)

Certifications in MS Dynamics 365 (an asset)

Skills

Strong requirements gathering and business process analysis skills.

Proven ability to facilitate workshops and presenting solution ideas.

Excellent communication skills are important – both written and verbal. Translating technical concepts into layman’s terms is an essential skill

This is a minimum 6 month contract with likely extension located in downtown Toronto (hybrid).
