The Opportunity
As a Syndigo Solutions Architect, you will focus on strategy and implementation including, but not limited to, building custom implementation plans based on client priorities for Syndigo platforms, data architecture strategy, project management, retailer and/or custom mapping, product deployment and troubleshooting, and auditing current data or processes to find opportunities to further optimize or streamline client PIM environments. In this role, you will work directly and closely with clients to ensure a smooth and successful engagement with Flywheel Content Studio, requiring strong communication skills and deep knowledge of our business.
What You Will Do
Partner with Account Managers to lead technical requirement gathering sessions and to understand client business needs and priorities.
Help clients identify how Flywheel Content Studio can assist in solving their e-commerce business problems while keeping expectations within the scope of our capabilities, offerings, and contractual parameters.
Work closely with clients as data and requirements are collected to ensure comprehensive and accurate transfer of information and appropriate documentation of technical requirements.
Build, project‑manage, and execute a project plan to fulfil the scope of Syndigo services.
Provide daily direction and communication to the team so that projects are completed on time and meet quality guidelines and budget.
Proactively communicate and collaborate with external clients and internal collaborators to keep all partners apprised of progress and obstacles, ensuring timely completion of projects that meet quality guidelines and budget.
Manage technical implementation/integration of solutions with Syndigo or other PIM providers for our clients.
Configure recipient connections and deploy products to appropriate retailers, troubleshooting errors as needed.
Architect complex data models that support the scalable transfer of data to/from multiple systems for enterprise clients.
Act as the subject‑matter expert for supporting third‑party technology of Syndigo.
Proactively communicate opportunities to expand services for Syndigo support with customers and internal commercial sales leads to grow contracts.
Establish procedures and processes that support Flywheel Content Studio and departmental standards, values and strategic directives with a focus on iteration and continuous improvement.
Use appropriate judgment in upward communication regarding client and/or team concerns.
Travel as necessary; minimally required.
Who You Are
You have 2-5 years of relevant work experience within PIM/MDM implementation, data management/analysis, or a similar field.
Experience with Syndigo is considered a strong asset.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects.
Phenomenal organizational, project management, and communication skills.
Critical thinking and creative problem‑solving.
Ability to evaluate available approaches and solutions for a client and to scope technical requirements for system implementation.
Strong attention to detail, understanding of data management, data strategy and continuous process improvement.
Detailed quality assurance skills for system creation and maintenance, as well as to ensure the integrity of large datasets.
Knowledge of e‑commerce, CPG, retail or other relevant industry experience would be considered an asset.
Team player who works well in a collaborative, fast‑paced startup environment.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

The Interview Process
Every role starts with an introductory call with someone from our Talent Acquisition team. We will look for company and values‑fit as well as your professional experience; there may be some technical role‑specific questions during this call. After the initial call, you can expect to meet several people from the team 1:1 and there might be further skill assessments in the form of a take‑home assignment/case study presentation or pair programming/live coding exercise, depending on the role. In your initial call, we will walk you through exactly what to expect the process to be.
