We are looking for a

Cross Border Tax Manager

Your role:

Working closely with all Tax Partners and other Senior staff on personal tax compliance and tax advisory engagements

Manage and coordinate tax planning and compliance services for individuals requiring US and Canadian income or estate tax filings

Manage risk and financial performance of engagements, including billing, collections and project budgets

Review assessments and correspond with the IRS, state authorities and CRA on various issues

Build and manage client relationships at a senior level; advise clients by delivering high quality tax service and advice

Actively mentor and coach staff to their highest potential

Supporting and mentoring firm staff in respect of tax matters

Identifying client service opportunities
