Chief Estimator

to join their Toronto team and lead preconstruction excellence.

About You

Self‑Starter:

You have a sharp eye and know that accuracy is everything in preconstruction.

Proven Experience:

You’ve led estimation efforts for complex infrastructure over $100M with a General Contractor. You are familiar with CM, IPD, PDB, and Design Build contracts.

Excellent Communicator & Collaborator:

You inspire your team, work cross‑functionally with confidence, and get energy from shared success.

Driven Builder:

You embrace challenges, love solving problems, and are relentlessly focused on quality, schedule, and profitability.
