We are seeking a high-caliber technical leader to oversee the mission-critical systems that power our global travel operations. This role sits at the intersection of
Aviation Technology
and
Modern Cloud Architecture , responsible for ensuring 99.9% uptime for flight-critical applications while driving a sophisticated Zero Trust security posture and multi-million-dollar Cloud FinOps strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Mission-Critical Operations:
Provide executive-level oversight for core airline systems, including
AIMS ,
Jeppesen , and
AMOS . You will ensure the seamless integration of flight, maintenance, and commercial platforms to maintain operational continuity.
Azure Enterprise Architecture:
Lead the design and evolution of our Azure ecosystem. You will be the primary architect for Landing Zones, Hub-Spoke configurations, and complex tenant migrations, moving toward a fully optimized hybrid-cloud future.
FinOps & Strategic Governance:
Act as the financial steward of our cloud footprint. You will be expected to replicate a track record of significant ROI—specifically targeting six-figure annual savings—through aggressive resource resizing, reservation management, and auto-scaling logic.
Identity & Zero Trust Security:
Architect a "Security First" environment. This includes managing automated user lifecycles for 2,000+ endpoints, implementing certificate-based and hardware-backed authentication (YubiKeys), and leveraging
Microsoft Purview
and
Sentinel
for proactive data governance and threat hunting.
The Aviation Stack:
Expert-level knowledge of airline-specific software (AIMS, Jeppesen, AMOS) and travel platforms (TTS, TravelWorks).
Cloud Mastery:
Proven experience architecting Azure IaaS/PaaS, Logic Apps, and Windows 365 at scale.
Proven ROI:
A documented history of delivering
$400k+ in annual cloud cost optimizations .
Security Engineering:
Deep familiarity with Microsoft PKI (AD CS), Conditional Access, PIM, and HCM-driven identity automation.
