Flying Tiger Copenhagen is a Danish lifestyle retail chain that began in 1995 with a single store in Copenhagen, where every item was priced at 10 Danish kroner. The name "Tiger" plays on the Danish word "tier" (pronounced tee-uh), meaning ten kroner, which phonetically resembles the English word "tiger" . Over the past three decades, the brand has expanded to over 1,000 stores across 42 countries, with its largest markets in Denmark, the United Kingdom, Italy, and Spain. Flying Tiger Copenhagen offers a wide array of products, primarily focusing on accessories and toys, all designed to bring a sense of fun and surprise to everyday life. The store layout is intentionally maze-like, encouraging customers to embark on a "treasure hunt" experience, with at least 300 new items introduced each month
Job Description
Lead a social-first, digital-driven marketing strategy for the brands in the market
Create and execute creative, content-led campaigns across social media platforms
Work closely with creators, influencers, and content partners to bring the brand to life
Plan and manage content production, brand activations, and collaborations
Manage the marketing budget with a focus on digital impact, engagement, and brand growth
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (social media agencies, creative studios, influencers, PR partners)
Be hands-on and involved in day-to-day marketing activities in a fast-paced retail environment
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
2+ years of experience in social/digital marketing, brand management, or creative/advertising agencies – required
Strong understanding of social media culture, content trends, and digital storytelling
Experience working with influencers, creators, or community-led brands – a strong advantage
Background in retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands – an advantage
Highly organized, creative, and able to juggle multiple projects at once
Positive, collaborative, and proactive mindset
French proficiency – an asset
Pay range: $70,000 - 90,000/annually
