About the Engagement Akkodis is seeking a highly skilled

Senior Business Analyst

to support a major enterprise transformation involving AI‑enabled services, cloud operating models, digital service design, and enterprise product development. The successful candidate will lead complex business analysis activities across AI adoption, service onboarding, operational readiness, and cloud‑aligned operating models.

Scope

Lead end‑to‑end business analysis activities across multi‑stakeholder, multi‑cluster initiatives.

Support AI use case intake, service design, documentation, governance readiness, and measurable outcomes.

Work closely with product, architecture, engineering, security, privacy, and operations teams.

Translate strategic learning and roadmap objectives into actionable user stories, business requirements, and operational processes.

Assignment Deliverables

Develop and maintain service definitions, onboarding guides, operational runbooks, and alignment with IaaS/PaaS/SaaS + AI patterns.

Create and update client literacy materials such as playbooks, FAQs, quick‑start guides, and pitch decks that support change management and stakeholder education.

Map and refine end‑to‑end delivery flows, embedding AI‑specific controls into intake, design reviews, approvals, deployment, and support steps.

Expertise Required Must Have:

10+ years leading end‑to‑end business analysis for complex, multi‑stakeholder I&IT initiatives.

Demonstrated ability to translate strategic roadmaps, operating models, and learning plans into actionable business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and NFRs.

Expertise with structured BA artefacts: BRDs, use cases, process maps, decision logs, traceability matrices, etc.

Nice to Have:

Experience creating client literacy materials, such as playbooks, FAQs, pitch decks, user guides.

Experience defining KPIs/OKRs and benefits metrics for AI or cloud‑based services (adoption, efficiency, accuracy, cost, reliability).

Security Clearance Required.

Important This is a business‑to‑business engagement. Candidates must represent an incorporated entity, hold a valid business number, maintain appropriate insurance, and invoice for services rendered.
