Data Analyst . Pay Rate Range: $51-$63 Duration - 7.5 month contract Responsibilities

Provide functional support for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), including data structures, objects, workflows, and user support. Investigate and resolve Salesforce data quality and process issues, collaborating with business and technical teams to ensure data accuracy and efficiency Deliver training to cross-functional teams on creating and managing Salesforce reports and dashboards Analyze, document, and translate data requirements into detailed specifications, including source to target mappings, transformation rules, and data quality checks. Perform detailed data analysis to troubleshoot issues and support data pipeline processes. Support data migration activities, including documentation of cleansing rules and validation of end to end test results. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; translate them into functional and technical specifications. Develop user stories, process flows, and functional specifications for data and technology initiatives. Conduct gap analysis, identify risks, and propose solutions for complex data and business problems. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and data engineering to ensure alignment and clarity. Build and optimize Salesforce reports and dashboards. Investigate and resolve Salesforce data and process issues with business and technical teams. Qualifications

8+ years of experience in data analysis and data modeling (documentation skills for both business and technical requirements) Hands-on experience with data modeling, DAX, dashboards, reporting 3+ years of experience with Salesforce FSC, especially reporting and data model understanding. Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL, data pipelines, and metadata management Nice-To-Have Skills

Experience in Wealth Management, Capital Markets, or Financial Services PowerBI Soft Skills

strong collaboration skills with cross-functional/regional stakeholders Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or equivalent. TekStaff may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools as part of the applicant screening process.
