Ship high‑quality code with minimal process, collaborating closely with product, design, and infra teams. Design and build reusable building blocks (e.g., declarative filter architecture, interview‑scheduling engine) that power multiple product lines. Balance speed and quality, iterating quickly while maintaining a robust code base. Qualifications

3+ years of product and software engineering experience; seasoned in front‑end and back‑end development. Comfort with full‑stack JavaScript/TypeScript (React, Node.js) and relational databases (Postgres). Proven ability to ship large, ambiguous features that make a real difference to users.
