Hybrid Work Arrangement:

This role is a hybrid work arrangement. Work schedule to be discussed with the hiring Manager according to the guidelines defined by the department.

People Systems & Analytics Team:

We are a high‑impact team leading the charge for increased digitization, analytics capabilities, automation, and flexibility across People and Culture. We are responsible for providing a modern, living ecosystem of HR solutions, with Workday at the core, enabling value‑driven business decisions and a seamless user experience. The Impact You’ll Have:

Reporting to the Manager, Workday Talent & HCM, you will be a subject matter expert, responsible for supporting the configuration and evolution of our Workday modules. You will directly contribute to maximizing employee and manager engagement with our HR technology.

Key Focus Areas

Support the delivery of functional system enhancements and defect fixes by collaborating with internal colleagues, updating process maps and procedures, training material, and supporting the development of communications.

Triage service requests: provide first‑line functional support to People and Culture Operations to aid them in responding to employee, manager, and HR Business Partner requests and questions pertaining to Workday functionality.

Intake change requests: assigning requests to functional workstreams, ensuring accurate and timely handling of requests, providing client service to persons who submit requests, and appropriate alignment of internal colleagues.

Support the Workday Functional Business Analyst: with processing approved organizational and data changes, as well as functional analysis, testing, and light configuration of Workday as required.

Participate in gathering business requirements: gathering and authoring business requirement documents, training documentation, decision logs, project close‑out records and sending follow up surveys.

What You’ll Bring to the Role We are seeking a talented and driven professional who is eager to make a tangible difference.

Experience & Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Technology, or a related field.

1–2 years of hands‑on experience within an HRIT function.

Direct working experience with Workday is highly desirable. Experience with JIRA and/or ServiceNow is a strong asset.

Skills & Mindset

Bilingualism (English and French) is required.

A curious, solutions‑focused mindset with a dedication to continuous improvement.

Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of concurrent requests with excellent organizational skills and a focus on delivering against service level agreements.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technology concepts to stakeholders at all levels.

Proven client service or customer service experience.

Candidates may be subject to skills and knowledge testing.
