Overview
The Markets Developer Concierge Service Professional is a seasoned role applying in-depth disciplinary knowledge to develop new techniques and improve processes and workflows. The role requires understanding how areas integrate within the sub-function and coordinating to contribute to the function and broader business objectives. It involves evaluating moderately complex issues with substantial potential impact, balancing alternatives and information from multiple sources, and applying strong analytical skills to filter, prioritize, and validate dynamic material. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. This position provides leadership to the Concierge team in India, includes coaching and training new recruits, and has a significant impact on project size and geography by influencing decisions through advice, counsel, and facilitating services in the area of specialization. The performance of teams in the area is directly affected by the individual’s performance.

How We Will Work
We will treat developers as clients and take away difficult non-developer-centric tasks from our teams, handling them in a structured, consistent fashion with clear timelines and regular updates. We will build a knowledge base of these tasks to respond promptly and efficiently. We will support all communication styles that work for developers — chat, mail, calls. We will enable developers to raise issues with minimum effort to track progress; we will use the generated statistics to drive automation of key developer pain points.
Responsibilities
Lead and coach the Concierge team in India; participate in coaching and training of new recruits.
Provide leadership and influence across projects, considering geography and size, by advising, counseling, and facilitating services within the area of specialization.
Ensure work and performance of all teams in the area aligns with functional objectives; monitor and improve workflows.
Apply analytical skills to evaluate complex issues, prioritize work, and validate information from multiple sources.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and colleagues to share information and coordinate efforts.
Qualifications
6+ years experience in an Application Support role.
Proven leadership experience.
Development experience would be advantageous.
Experience installing, configuring or supporting business applications.
Experience with some programming languages and willingness/ability to learn.
Advanced execution capabilities and ability to adjust quickly to changes and re-prioritization.
Effective written and verbal communications, including the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms to non-IT staff.
Demonstrated analytical skills.
Issue tracking and reporting using tools.
Knowledge/experience of problem management tools.
Good all-round technical skills.
Ability to share information with other support team members and other technology teams.
Ability to plan and organize workload.
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate appropriately to relevant stakeholders.
Education
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
