Analyze financial actuals and prepare variance analyses. Support budgeting and forecasting efforts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Develop and deliver accurate financial reports to various stakeholders, and translate the numbers into actionable business insights. Partner with the Accounting team to support month‑end and year‑end close activities. Analyze business reports to support management decision-making. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency. Qualifications and Experience

2+ years in a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) role Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field. CPA ideal, but not required Advanced Excel skills required, and able to learn new systems/software quickly Very strong analysis and reporting skills Strong communication skills; able to explain the numbers to senior leadership and non-finance professionals with confidence and ease Ability to work independently with a high degree of attention to detail and organization This posting is for an open vacancy currently available within our client's organization.
