Role Title CPM Solution Architect

In This Role, You Will:

Build highly collaborative relationships with business stakeholders.

Lead workshops, design prototypes, create proof‑of‑concept models, and contribute to solution designs.

Develop and implement solution architecture for Corporate Performance Management (CPM) platforms.

Translate complex business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.

Work on application integration and ensure alignment with business processes.

Drive innovation by identifying and implementing improvements in workflows and planning processes.

Guide and mentor team members while working on impactful projects.

What You Bring:

3‑5 years of experience in solution architecture, implementation, and application integration within CPM platforms like Anaplan, TM1, Pigment, CCH Tagetik, or Oracle Hyperion/EPM.

Strong technical expertise in data visualization, user experience, and planning workflows.

Proven ability to lead workshops and design collaborative solutions that meet business needs.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non‑technical stakeholders effectively.

Strong analytical skills to understand business challenges and deliver tailored solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, IT, or Finance is preferred.
