Starlight | Senior Analyst, Investments

Reporting to the Director, Investments, the Senior Analyst is responsible for the output and analysis of investment reporting, acquisitions, dispositions, financing, appraisals and strategic management decisions. Duties and Responsibilities

Review third-party offering memorandums to prepare acquisition underwriting including the creation and analysis of financial models Prepare and analyze investment data for strategic review Review and summarize due diligence materials for acquisitions and dispositions Prepare disposition proposals and sale packages Prepare Investment Committee Memorandums for live transactions Prepare financing packages for lenders and assist with the ongoing management of the financing database Prepare and assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual internal valuations and returns analyses as required for disposition and refinancing activities Coordinate and prepare internal valuation and due diligence for appraisal & valuation cycles Prepare and assist in the preparation of quarterly presentations for institutional partnerships Requirements

3+ years of relevant work experience in an analysis-intensive position Bachelor degree in Commerce, Finance or similar education Client focused and strong relationship building and interpersonal skills Ability to obtain results in a highly demanding environment Able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines Able to develop and sustain cooperative & professional working relationships Strong computer skills with MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint
