Job Description

We are looking for a Manufacturing Strategy Analyst reporting to the Project Leader, to support the execution of Make-or-Buy analyses. As part of your role, you will have a significant impact on strategic decision-making related to the choice between internal manufacturing and external sourcing of components. You will help ensure that decisions align with profitability objectives, manufacturing site capabilities, and long-term business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather information relevant to Make-or-Buy analyses (e.g., engineering, manufacturing sites, procurement, finance, logistics).

Analyze collected data to develop recommendations aligned with the company's global manufacturing strategy and financial objectives.

Support the Project Manager in preparing strategic documents and materials for executive or governance committees.

Monitor the implementation of decisions in collaboration with the involved stakeholders.

Skills and Qualities

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or another relevant field of study

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a related field

English proficiency is required for this position, as you will collaborate with non‑French‑speaking teams at BRP manufacturing sites outside of Quebec
