Job Description What is the opportunity? Transform RBC's commercial banking landscape! Lead the charge in building next-generation liquidity solutions and virtual account management that solve complex business problems and unlock untapped client opportunities. As a Director/Sr. Product Owner, you'll drive innovation across liquidity, payments, and cash management while shaping the future of RBC's treasury operations in an increasingly digital world.

What will you do?

Drive digitization of end-to-end client journeys, improving speed, transparency, and scalability

Own transformation roadmaps aligned to enterprise priorities, platform strategies, and regulatory expectations

Partner with Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Finance to deliver integrated outcomes

Translate business and client needs into clear investment cases, delivery plans, and success metrics

Oversee execution governance, dependency management, and benefits realization across portfolios

Manage financial outcomes, including cost efficiency, revenue enablement, and return on investment

Build, mentor, and lead high-performing transformation teams across multiple workstreams

What do you need to succeed? Must-have:

10+ years in treasury, payments, cash management, or liquidity management within a large financial institution

Demonstrated leadership of enterprise-scale digital and process transformation initiatives

Strong understanding of commercial and corporate banking operating models and client journeys

Experience developing and managing business cases, investment prioritization, and P&L outcomes

Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across business, technology, and control functions

Nice to have:

Experience with large-scale banking platform modernization or enterprise payments transformation

Exposure to North American or global banking operating models

Strong understanding of regulatory and risk considerations impacting treasury and payments

Experience working in agile, product-aligned, or hybrid delivery environments

Formal training or certification in transformation, change management, or portfolio delivery
