About The Role To deputise in the absence of the Meetings and Events Operations Manager. To lead and co-ordinate patterns of service and business. Assist with planning for weekly and monthly business within department. Manage multitude of events upholding the agreed Sequence of Service and deliver exceptional service. Work in harmony with the Meetings and Events Operations Manager to ensure training standards and vision are upheld and exceeded, taking appropriate action with the team where needed to ensure this is successful. Key Responsibilities

To provide the highest level of service to all guests of Rudding Park. To ensure that all staff under your jurisdiction are fully trained and that training plans and records are kept for each individual staff member. Assist with recruiting of casual staff within the team. Awareness with cost control surrounding casual staff. Assisting implementation of monthly dry store stocktaking.Liaise with F&B Operations Support Manager for rota production and execution. Provide an all-inclusive environment for the team to work within. Ensure clear communication within the team and across associated departments. including Beverage and Sales. Assist with organising Team Meetings and Team Appreciation Events. To uphold implemented policies and SOP's for department. Develop training packages to tackle areas of concern.
