Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) located in Timmins, ON. The CFO will oversee the financial operations of the company, including financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. Responsibilities include analyzing financial data, preparing financial statements, managing financial risk, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. The CFO will work closely with the leadership team to develop strategies for long-term financial stability, drive profitability, and support the company's business goals.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Financial Planning and developing strategic financial initiatives

Experience with preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting

Proficiency in Finance and excellent Analytical Skills to support data-driven decision-making

Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance measures

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA designation preferred

Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in the equipment or service industry
