Responsibilities

Lead external client consulting engagements advancing the CFO agenda for the Financial Services Office.

Drive business development initiatives, including service offering development, proposal creation, responding to RFXs, and delivering oral presentations.

Stay current on industry, regulatory, and business trends relevant to clients.

Manage the financial and commercial aspects of engagements: staffing, fee tracking, and communications with project leaders.

Build strong internal relationships across EY's global FAAS practice, Advisory, Tax, and Transactions.

Support Finance leaders on regulatory reporting, disclosures, capital, performance, data integrity, and operational efficiency.

Allocate majority of time to local business development and client engagement across multiple sectors.

People Management Responsibilities

Prioritize staff development through coaching, feedback, and mentoring.

Foster innovative, inclusive, team-oriented work environment.

Motivate diverse teams, conduct performance reviews.

Lead recruiting, retention, and training initiatives.

Maintain educational program for continuous skill development.

Lead by example regarding workplace policies.

Qualifications

7+ years of related experience in banking and capital markets.

Strong relationship-building, project management, and financial knowledge.

Ability to deliver innovative commercial insights and pragmatic solutions.

Experience supporting diverse industries and regulatory reporting.

Lead and manage engagements with complex accounting, regulatory, and disclosure initiatives.

Proficiency in business development, proposal writing, and presentations.
