Technology Review Board (TRB) , you will play a key role in integrating emerging technologies and ensuring that IT initiatives align with strategic objectives. This includes developing and refining the TRB to support projects, technology governance, and organizational due diligence. Key Responsibilities: Technology Review Board (TRB) Leadership Develop and refine the TRB framework to support projects and ensure proper due diligence. Lead TRB committee to align projects with strategic goals. Provide project approvals and collaborate on governance/architecture. Author architectural documentation for project assessment and process improvement. Inform stakeholders about issues and recommendations. Understand Cloud, PaaS, SaaS architectures and relate new technologies to problems. Ensure security and compliance requirements are met. Align project blueprints and technical designs with business strategy. Manage the overall technology and architecture blueprint. Collaborate with enterprise technology, digital, and data teams on strategies and roadmaps. Analyze complex business requirements; generate technical specifications. Design and develop due diligence to ensure solutions comply with architecture. Leverage best practices to design, test, and support solutions. Create reference architectures. Define solutions and technical architecture, working with project teams. Provide architecture leadership and domain expertise. Assess vendor products and delivery models. IT Governance Support Refine IT governance frameworks and processes. Create architecture templates and documentation. Track performance metrics for continuous improvement. Reduce technical debt and optimize practices. Develop governance structures, methodologies, and compliance activities. Implement reusable assets and standards. Apply technical strategies, policies, standards across projects. Stakeholder Management and Communication Manage stakeholders with strong communication skills, presenting to technical and non-technical audiences. Present to governance committees and collaborate with leadership on initiatives. Act as a bridge between technical and business teams during solution planning. Represent technical teams in leadership meetings, conveying strategies effectively. Collaborate with architecture teams on project architectures. Coach and support project teams during delivery. Engage larger audiences through reporting and education sessions. Maintain ongoing dialogue and build trusted relationships to educate on architecture benefits. Understand business and organizational strategies. General Skills Proven experience in managing complex IT projects. Ability to develop and execute strategic plans aligning IT with business objectives. Skilled in stakeholder engagement and communication. Proficiency in change management. Understanding of data management principles and compliance. Ideally, you’ll also have: Experience leading technical architecture workstreams. Advanced enterprise architecture experience. Hands-on technology delivery experience in architect roles. Specialization in application, infrastructure/cloud, integration, or security architecture. Knowledge of cloud computing and data technologies. Excellent project management and communication skills. Business understanding and marketing communication skills. Experience presenting ideas to varied audiences. Mentoring and coaching experience. Technical Skills: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Economics. 10+ years in IT, with 5+ years in a technical architect role, using cloud solutions. Experience managing SaaS vendors for compliance. Experience with integration practices, APIs, web services, JSON, XML. Experience with CRM and ERP systems. Architecting solutions on Microsoft Azure, including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS. Certifications such as Microsoft, TOGAF, AWS, etc. Claims-based authentication, MFA, JIT, RBAC, Ping, etc. Designing mission-critical components with disaster recovery capabilities. Must Haves: 10+ years’ overall IT experience, with 5+ years as a technical architect using cloud platforms. 3+ years’ experience managing SaaS vendors for compliance. Experience designing and implementing a Technology Review Board. Experience owning the overall technology and architecture blueprint.
