PeopleSoft Financials Techno-Functional Analyst

Job Description Insight Global is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Financials (FSCM) professional with strong techno‑functional expertise. This is a 6 month, hybrid opportunity; a candidate must be available approximately 1-2x a week to go into the office in downtown Toronto. The ideal candidate will support PeopleSoft Financials by gathering and documenting system requirements, analyzing system impacts, supporting upgrades and patches, conducting fit gap analyses, driving integrations, and partnering with business and technical teams to deliver high‑quality financial systems solutions. Hands‑on experience with PeopleSoft FSCM modules and a solid understanding of PeopleTools fundamentals are required.

Skills and Requirements

Proven experience as a PeopleSoft Functional/Techno‑Functional Analyst.

Hands‑on experience with PeopleSoft FSCM modules (AP, AM, GL, Payroll, Suppliers, Reports) and PeopleTools fundamentals

Strong SQL skills and ability to analyze data across multiple financial systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally across business, development, QA, and infrastructure teams.
