4 days per week in office - please note that this position can also be filled in any of our offices across Canada

We are seeking a Benefits and Pension Specialist who will place customer service at the heart of their priorities. Acting as a trusted point of contact for our employees, you will play a key role in the employee experience by providing professional, clear, and personalized support, while administratively contributing to the quality and credibility of our programs. You Will Be Focusing On

First point of contact for general queries from employees regarding all benefit and pension programs Provide administrative support to all Canadian Norton Rose Fulbright HR services with respect to benefit and pension programs Resolve employee concerns, in a timely manner, by thoroughly researching and investigating the issue(s) and reporting back to the employee Ensure new hires/departures and updates occur regularly to group benefits programs for all Canadian employees Coordinate benefits premium and pension deductions for payroll Assist with monthly invoices, reconciliations and cheque requests for group insurance payments Coordinate transfer of information to benefits and pension consultants Responsible for backup support for short and long term disability programs Oversee payment of service provider invoices coordinating with AP Coordinate billing for existing retirees and employees on long term disability, parental leave, etc. Prepare and distribute reports, employee benefit booklets and other publications Maintain benefit information on firm intranet Participate in benefit and pension initiatives in areas of process development, improvements, renewals, etc. Ensure all databases as well as all employee files/records are kept current and accurate What You Bring To The Role

3 to 5 years benefits/pension administration experience ideally in a consulting firm Workday knowledge (strong asset) Bilingualism (English and French) Ability to thrive in a fastโ€‘paced, evolving environment Strong problem solving Strong customer service Advanced knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Norton Rose Fulbright is a large international legal practice with multiple offices around the world. a good working knowledge of both languages

is required, since you will communicate frequently with colleagues in other provinces. The salary bands provided reflect the typical range for this role in the region indicated. We recognize that each candidate brings a unique set of experiences and skills, and final compensation will be thoughtfully determined based on individual qualifications and current market factors. Please note that salary will be discussed and negotiated during interview.
