Must Have Skills:
15+ years of experience with different
Enterprise architecture frameworks, such as Zachman, TOGAF
Experience in developing Enterprise Architecture governance artefacts for application, technology, security and information architecture; including but no t limited to detailed knowledge of the
Zachman Architecture framework, AGP Governance, Threat and Risk Assessment (TRA) and CSA, Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA)
Technical skills and experience on
Microsoft Power Platform based business solutions using Model Driven Application development, Power Automate, Microsoft Azure Cloud Services, Azure, Databricks
Knowledge of
FHIRincluding Restful API, FHIR Servers, SMART on FHIR
Knowledge of the
Medallion Architecture
Architecture Experience (80%)
Experience in Enterprise Architecture for application, technology, security and information architecture; including but no limited to: detailed knowledge of the Zachman Architecture framework, AGP Governance, PIA and TRA/RMR processes; including knowledge of CSA for high sensitive data mitigation in the cloud
Knowledge of the record keeping and retention requirements; including detailed knowledge of the required meta data attributes to support these requirements.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform based business solutions using Model Driven Application development, Power Automate, Microsoft Azure Cloud Services, Azure AD, Microsoft Azure Storage, Microsoft Azure DevOps, and Databricks.
Deep knowledge in Azure Blob Storage capabilities including integration from Power Platform using Blob Storage REST API and Metadata Support to cover record keeping and retention needs.
Knowledge of Integration architecture specifically in Security, including OAuth, Entra ID, OBO, Conditional Access, MFA.
Knowledge of the Medallion Architecture.
FHIR Knowledge, including Restful API, FHIR Servers, SMART on FHIR.
Experience with on Enterprise architecture, general and industry-specific data modeling standards, different types of data, process and object modeling, applications, frameworks, database technologies, data warehousing, knowledge management and data security management, to lead the development of policies, standards and plans.
Experience in development and implementation of microservices architectures, service mesh and customer experience portals. Some knowledge and experience in AI and ML implementation.
Experience working with DevOps engineers to design and implement an end-to-end CI/CD pipeline for the application and ensure performance and reliability of production environments.
Experience working in a test-driven development environment.
Expertise to influence testing strategy and guide test automation.
Perform peer review and ensure quality at every stage of the product development lifecycle.
Recommend and implement changes to reference architecture, development frameworks and design patterns.
Promotes industry standards and best practices with the product teams.
Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards.
Communication, Stakeholder Management and Problem Solving (20%)
Experience with Agile methodology and practices
Ability to work across various divisions and multiple stakeholders; internal and external
Experience working with infrastructure, security and operations teams
Driving consensus among stakeholders with conflicting priorities or perspectives.
Demonstrated commitment and proven ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholder
Knowledge of project management frameworks such as Agile and how to integrate them into the project artifacts
Clearly presenting complex ideas to senior executives and non-technical audiences.
Excellent management of assigned responsibilities, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills
Written and oral communications skills to consult and clarify needs, present information, options and recommendations, explain technical concepts and terminology and architecture-related topics to peers/clients/stakeholders.
