What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Identify strategies, risks, and options while recommending approaches to meet client requirements

Collaborate with functional teams and vendors to configure and test solutions without impacting production environments

Maintain communication with clients and project teams regarding project changes and progress

Become a Workday Payroll functional expert and mentor to fellow consultants and analysts

Support business development activities, including proposal development and client engagement

What is Required (Qualifications)

2+ years of Workday experience in an implementation or post-production support role

Proven experience gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, and deploying solutions

Subject Matter Expertise in Payroll

Strong communication and presentation skills

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Current Workday certification in Workday Payroll or prior Workday experience in Payroll

Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Professional (FPP) Certification

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
