As the Controller, you will support CFO with project accounting, financial analysis, and system improvements. Additionally, the Controller will:

Observe core accounting tasks: bank reconciliations, AP/AR, with goal of improving and automating tasks

Assess and automate workflows in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to increase efficiency, accuracy, and reporting quality.

Enhance dashboards, reporting, data integrity, and project financial visibility within BC.

Streamline financial processes and collaborate with project managers on cost, billing, and budgeting workflows. TMGCT Job Requirements:

Must-have: Advanced, hands-on expertise with Business Central (automation, workflows, reporting, financial modules).

Experience with Jet Reports is an asset

3+ years of accounting experience, ideally in project accounting or a controller-level role.

Experience in project-based industries (telecom, construction, engineering, etc.) preferred but not required.

CPA designation or progression is an asset. Apply
