Hi my name is Jane.

We are a family of three with an amazing and adorable five year old. We are located in Byron (London ON area).

We’re looking for a full time Chief Care Officer who will be an essential support and family helper to care for the home and family. Training is provided.

The ideal candidate will be flexible and reliable, and able to pick up family and household routines quickly. As an important team member, you will drive our little to and from school (may be up to 3 hrs per day as school is in St. Thomas), provide lesson drop-offs, childcare, housekeeping, meal preparations, errands, household ordering, grocery shopping, special projects (e.g. organizing spaces), and other home and administrative assistance, as required.

You must have a driver’s license and have a vehicle to come to the home as we are not on a direct bus route, and be willing to show proof of excellent driving record. Must have experience with and be comfortable driving on highways. A car will be provided.

We are a faith-based family (Christian) and although you don’t have to be Christian, we are looking for someone that will support faith-based values while in your care.

A typical day will start around 7 : 30 am. We are open to working out a mutually agreeable routine, in general around a 6-8 hour day. We are open to exploring full time, part time, and split shift, finding the right fit is our first priority.

As a part of our team, you will be employed within our company and will receive employee benefits, including employer paid CPP, EI, paid personal and vacation days, paid stat holidays, and meals.

Rate $3,200 to $4,200 per month plus benefits, rate depends on candidate skills and experience.
