Test Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Manager with a strong background in Java-based automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in automation scripting, framework development, and team management. This role involves leading a team of automation engineers, driving in‑sprint automation, and ensuring seamless integration with DevOps pipelines. Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of automation engineers with 10+ years of collective experience. Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks for UI and API testing. Write efficient, reusable code and utilities for complex test scenarios and integration points. Drive in‑sprint automation using Selenium for UI testing and REST Assured for API testing. Implement and maintain BDD frameworks using Cucumber. Manage source code repositories using Git / Bitbucket, ensuring consistent coding standards and best practices. Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Maven. Troubleshoot automation framework issues and implement enhancements and reusable components. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define automation strategies and test plans. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives. Ensure high‑quality deliverables through effective test planning, execution, and reporting. Required Skills & Tools
