Deloitte Claims is a fast-growing team within our Risk, Regulatory & Forensics practice. We manage class action settlements of all sizes across both private and public sectors.

We leverage some of the best-in-class technologies-cloud platforms, automation, data analytics, and secure digital communications-to streamline every step of the process. From intake and claims review to distribution and reporting, our tech-enabled approach brings speed, accuracy, and transparency to complex settlements.

self-identify as Indigenous (First Nations, Inuit, Métis)

in Canada Experience working with First Nations, Inuit and Métis Peoples (and communities and expertise in issues faced by Indigenous peoples and communities in Canada) Proficiency in an Indigenous language is a valuable asset. Your language skills can foster connections and enhance understanding within our diverse team, contributing to our commitment to reconciliation and inclusivity Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Accounting, or a related field Advanced Excel skills required; data modelling skills are an asset 5-8 years of experience, including at least 2 years managing teams of 10+ Proven track record leading multiple teams or workstreams and driving operational strategy Skilled at high-stakes decision-making, delegation, and navigating cross-functional complexity Strong Excel skills and comfortable working with budgets and financial models Strong communicator and motivator with a focus on execution and accountability Experienced in change management, metrics-driven operations, and alignment across key parties Bonus: Background in managing large-scale programs in legal, compliance, or regulated environments CV recommended Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients and project teams Benefits At Deloitte, we recognize the pivotal role a supportive and inclusive workplace plays in the well-being and success of our team members. The salary range for this position is $86,000 - $144,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
